Weird Word of the Day for Fun! Hodnocení aplikace

This is challenging, even to a wordsmith like me. BUT I would like to know how these words are pronounced, and a sample sentence, so I don’t have to try to find the information elsewhere.

This is one of the largest collections of useless words. Use this to kill time, not to learn anything useful.

I would like to see a feature where I can hear the word. Please add this to the app.

I like expanding my mind by finding more words to express myself. Sometimes finding the perfect word is a relief because I can finally express that, for example, I get to sleep next to callipygian figure! And he knows I appreciate symmetry.

Worth every penny as a simple vocabulary game. Great introduction to new and unusual words! Not much explanation of the words, as I find I have to go outside the app to look up words I find interesting and learn more about them.

Real words and I like the app fonts, simplicity and colors

It does me little good to learn a new word without knowing how to say it aloud. Very frustrating.

These words, while they may not be used in everyday language, are fun words to learn and they most definitely are weird.

The name says it all. The interface is very easy to use and the words are cool and/or weird. Like I said, the name says it all so don't complain about the app because you aren't smart enough to already know the words contained herein. Lol

I don't know any of these words but this app is like a funky word dictionary,I ❤ it❗❗

Some fake words, needs pronunciations, otherwise not bad.

Umm I've been to Topeka and have had a snowball fight !!!!! Even though it's funny it should be accurate!!!!!!!!

While I found one made up word out of all the words I looked up, most words were accurately defined though not all of them were in the dictionary, some I found on wikipedia and wikitionary, also some words are in different languages, guess they shouldnt have included those, but overall its not bad.

Words were ok but some were fake, general design is bad, if you just want to browse it is annoying to press underneath the word to reveal the definition.

Definitions are wrong: ie Xanthippe:it means a scolding woman, they say it means a yellow horse. ...or Grammer, um....really? Somewhere, there is a nerd making puddles.

So I looked up about 30 of the words and only 2 of them were real!! That means only about 6% of the words are real... Stupid.

It's okay but words seem fake

I love it great fun to see how many you already know. Not for follks with a ten word vocabulary. Lots of history behind those worth knowing. Greek and Latin and old French roots are evident.fun little app.go for it. 5stars!

I think they made these words up I looked them up in the dictionary and there were none of those words in it

Does nit use real words such as artsy fartsy and has horrible definitions... Waste of space don't download!!!!

Everythings awesome but here are some things you need to make better: 1.make it say the word 2.make a favorite words list

it needs pronunciations of words!! if it had that I would give it  if it gave the word in a sentence I would give it  oh well
